he made alot ofpromises he could not keep....and had to succumb to the horrific forest culture!

three years ago tom came in and stated that there was going to be no more signature chasing!!!! yipee we all rejoiced. for a short time.....untill he was pulled into the cult of forest and made into a steford robot. then it was back to chasing sigs and asking two to three docs to sign per office...super embarrasing....but hey your manager was not up your ass and you appeared as if you were doing a successful job.
tom let me ask you....when did your sell out in your beliefs. we all thought you were going to help change this disturbing culture but you ended up being part of the problem.
Did you lose all your common sense? when you talk to a rep who is frustrated dont just assume they are a bad egg because they sound negative to you...maybe just maybe tom something bigger really was going on and you should have listened.

I was NEVER pressured to get signatures - I was later let go. My teammate (who was swiftly promoted) was told to get signatures at all costs - no matter what.

thats a managemnt problem to let this behavior continue. with reps having a huge signature percent and bad marketshare is a big sign of begging everyone backstabs because they are all guilty. tom is great he has "every dms nightmare"? wonder why.
