Ping pong, karaoke, pizza, monthly birthday cupcakes, dress up days like Star Wars…. It’s ridiculous. what I don’t get is why they can’t use some of that money towards bonus. our business director keeps saying we haven’t made a penny for the company yet. she keeps telling us she knows how much we make. wake up we want more money otherwise you will continue to see slacking. most reps just stare at the computer making it seem like we working. track us on everything. easy to show dial outs because you just call big systems and get lost in the maze plus it will show long call times.
