Instead oftrying to poach our management trainees, why not take some of the robots you created? I'm sure the people who read this thread can provide a list of the A-holes who still yearn for the good 'ol Shire way! Take 'em all!

Those guys are stooges. Funny how they never believed in developing people but now that Shire is doing just that they want to grab them. Blow the dust off that script because thats what you'll get there.

What do you mean, "poach"!?! if people want to leave here, who cares! I can't see any logical reason why someone would want to retain an employee who is inclined to leave. And the idea of "robots" is absolutely ignorant. I was here when they were and the primary difference between them and the new regime is that they actually truly cared about their people. Shire is still a great place and I'm still happy here, but to post the nonsense at the top of this thread is immature, uninformed and completely void of any logical business sense.

Last time I checked our Management Trainees in the ADHD BU were AstraZeneca employees. I highly doubt Supernus is looking at them.

It doesn't matter if you agree with their approach or not. It worked. If people want to leave to try it again, wish them luck and go about your business.

It maybe worked for Adderall XR but not for Vyvanse. Why do you think they are gone now? It's an antiquated approach in a market that has significantly changed. Doubt that will be successful today especially if they stick their head in the sand about coverage.

What are you doing differently today than you were doing 5 years ago. Serious question, what impact is talking coverage having on the numbers. I always stressed formulary wins 5 years ago. I didn't talk about poor coverage because I could not control it. I am still trying to figure out what these expert managed care reps are doing. If the product is blocked, it is blocked.

Poach management trainees? Hilarious. Can anyone tell me what they are being "trained" for? When a opportunity opens up it goes to a GI cast off or an outside hire. Who was the last person to be promoted out of "management training"?

I heard that the landscaper resigned on Friday. The cafe cook is interested in the position, but we are looking for outside talent. There have been many layoffs in the area and some of those landscapers may bring new innovative ideas. Yasick is excited about the possibility that he may cut the grass in patterns instead of the traditional strips.
