ET also please use common sense. What works for the Canadians doesn’t work here. Canadians might respond well to educators because they don’t like in your face selling maybe, but that’s not the general American way of doing business. No access places despite volume need shut down. The health systems with their bloated egos for calling on 5% customers?????

We really should not mark anyone as the should be target of the layoff and your assumption that all Health System Reps have bloated egos is disheartening. We need to support each other with empathy because for some of us it will be a death of a career. I personally feel heavy for everyone because this is just another thing to add to all the fears in 2020. We have the fear of losing our jobs and that stinks.

Please pray for our ET leadership that they would too grow in empathy and servant-leadership as very hard things in the coming weeks.
 




I'll be honest here, and just could not agree with you more. I have been doing a lot of soul searching, and to be honest a lot of research behind what NNI really stands for and I implore anyone that actually works here to watch this. If you think anyone here ACTUALLY CARES about ONE PATIENT just give this a watch:
