Insulting our intelligence with "leveling" and offering us lower paying, demeaning jobs shows the complete lack of respect that AMGEN has for its most valuable resource -- PEOPLE. Bradway and his circle of fools have no idea how valuable the experience of the ONYX staffers not going to TO means to the the lack of a future for oncology at AMGEN. While we move forward to other companies that respects its people, science and most of all the patient, AMGEN will struggle to keep its oncology business viable and relevant to physicians and patients.
The fact that almost 200 of us were offered positions at AMGEN is a reflection on their lack of confidence in YOU, the current AMGEN organization, to make oncology a success.
We do not need to lower ourselves to your standards with chidlish slurs, insults and your insane threats and curses. We have much more pride in our ourselves, our work and our ethics and do not need to "level" ourselves to you and your culture.
Good luck, and by the way, don't send your resume to any of us when we become hiring managers at the companies you really want to work at in the future.
