You have your few days at Whippany this week to TELL THE TRUTH. Do NOT try to play suck-up and tell Paul his ideas of combining the salesforce is great! That is NOT an example of DSO, it is an example of poor strategy and the old “throw it against the wall and see if it sticks”. You will spend the rest of the year interviewing because your reps are going to leave in droves. BE HONEST AND SPEAK UP!!! Bayer reps are often considered the experts in their field. You will ruin that reputation by cross-training everyone so everyone knows just enough to be DANGEROUS! Then again, we will be bankrupt by the end of the year so it really doesn’t matter.
 












Without mentioning names, a certain someone brought Essure to WHC and it failed. A certain someone launched Kerendia and it is failing. Now they will destroy WHC by making WHC lose focus on the IUD’s by making them sell Kerendia. There is no common sense in the current decisions being made but said individual is too stubborn to listen to anyone. They cannot take focus off IUD’s and the launch of the new WHC drug or it WILL fail miserably. We need the WHC relationships to be stronger than ever in order to have a great launch. I don’t understand the lack of common sense except for someone is letting their pride get it the way.

Is that how little you think of the WHC salesforce?? Other companies have reps with 3-6 different products in their bags and are still able to sell them all successfully.

You obviously don’t work in WHC and don’t understand everything that goes into the Bayer IUD’s. The reps handle everything from contracting to r several residency trainings annually, replacements, playing the “FRM” role, training new providers how to insert, replacing units that have been denied by insurance, constant price increases and everything that comes with that. The list goes on and the territories are geographically huge. Hell, the Kerendia reps don’t even want to sell Kerendia. The message they are sending to their WHC counterparts is that it is a dog drug. If there is another company recruiting anytime soon for the launch of a new drug WHC reps will leave in a mass exodus just like the oncology reps did. The reps have no confidence in the decisions made by PB because these decision make zero business sense. Bayer IUD’s are keeping the lights on. They can’t afford to lose that business but PB apparently thinks he can just so he can prove to Bill Anderson that he can “turn things around”. How many more poor decisions have to be made until they put someone like Nelson back in charge?
