We all know that the changing healthcare msg you sent out is all a smokescreen for the true "event" coming. The true reasons are as follows:

1. Hiring way to many reps in recent expansions.
2. Adding more insanity by hiring DCA's.
3. Tresiba delay, if it ever makes it before glargine bio similar.
4. Losing ESI>No explaining that one away.

So, nice try with your fluff piece though.

If you've only worked here than keep telling yourself all is well. If you've been in the industry a while at multiple companies, than you know that the writing is on the wall. What the hell is a diversity hire? The pharmaceutical industry is made up and controlled by white males including their board of directors, and only 3% of the industry have.. what you refer to as "diversity."

You know, the email full of management double-speak where nobody but the guy who wrote it knows what is actually being said.

I once worked for a company where a VP sent out an email that said "We need a more affordable structure". Nobody knew what that meant. Turns out, it was an affordable COST structure that the VP was talking about. Seems our cost structure was unaffordable. To be a little more specific, it turned out that it was our human resources cost structure that was unaffordable. See where this is going?

I once worked for a company where a VP sent out an email that said "We need a more affordable structure". Nobody knew what that meant. Turns out, it was an affordable COST structure that the VP was talking about. Seems our cost structure was unaffordable. To be a little more specific, it turned out that it was our human resources cost structure that was unaffordable. See where this is going?

BTW, apparently the human resource cost structure of executive management was very affordable. No need to reduce costs there.
 












Apparently she hasn't been there long enough for you to know her name, so I think she's safe for a few more years while you try to figure it out.

If CMLE was smart, she'd get out before the Great Blood-letting of two years hence. But she's not that bright, so like many here, she'll just hang on, a-wishin' and a-hopin that we get new indications for Vitamin V and that the new pharma world post-ACA will be "OK" with placing Tresiba on the right tier.

It's interesting that you take the position that you have the ability to foretell the future and are of greater intellgence and of more sound judgment than those who have access to much more information than you do. Plus, they're in the position to actually influence what will happen in the coming years, and you are not. What makes you think you know more than everyone else does?

1) Evidently (and shockingly), it appears that I'm smarter than most here; 2) I have access to the decision makers, so I know what's coming. But you should know too, its all in the public domain.

Spare me with the "sound judgment" crap, OK? Our industry has lower credibility than used car salespeople. We faked data, we held back unfavorable data, we paid KOLs under the table to push our meds for unapproved, we paid KOLs to put our drugs in favorable positions on big treatment algorithms and we got caught. And many of our leaders came from some of the companies that were the biggest repeat offenders: Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, and BMS.

PS: If adding a team of 500 or so DCAs to an already bloated field force is further evidence of our brilliance, then you've proved my point.
