that sounds like a Vanda DM, not knowing the difference between compliance and HR. It does not matter anyhow, all decisions are made by GP and Dr P.
Getting fired for asking questions is the Vanda way. You are to keep your head down and keep selling Hetlioz for insomnia.

Was told RSD scared for own job and wants names of reps who ask about story or lawsuit. Assumed for G P or M P.

I think something else is about to happen or become public. Leadership has and has continued to sell a lot of stock. Is this considered insider trading? Look into sec filings for our leadership and shows a lot of their stock sold over last three months. Interesting.

Vanda IS public even though they have a very weak board that will not stand up to Poly and his non stop poor decisions.

They sell it because it is losing value quickly. $31 in January, $13 now and expect it to go lower.
