The one on one performance review regarding poor performance with Xartemis have begun. If you receive and E-mail stating its time to discuss your territory performance know that you have been identified as dead weight. PIP is next then your out. So easy to replace you now with the numbers game. Don't have to have a lot of clinical knowledge to sell these acute meds they just need the work horses who are willing to work late and on Saturdays to get the job done. Your manager nor your RD if you have one can save your job. better start delivering some numbers.
 






No one cares about this drug. It will never sell! Generics rule this space!!! Managed care won't approve!! It's all bullshit. In the end the reps get blamed!! Tell them to take their PIP and shove it up their ass!! Have some respect for yourselves. Don't let them blame you for poor management!!
