Oh It'll help alright. Turnover, that is. Don't think many folks are up for mandatory overtime to train on another divisions product, less vacation, and a continuation of the shitty 2016 bonuses.

Something needs to be done. These POS are crashing this company into the side of the mountain.

Let's be clear here....VYVANSE IS NOT UNDER PERFORMING!!!!! Remember, we hit a record in 2 billion dollars in sales last year while reps income decreased. There are 2 goals. A corporate goal and a sales force goal. When we hit 2 billion, our leader was is a hero!!!! Now we have indexing (no one knows what you are getting paid on) an intentional failure in customer maintenance issues, manipulating data and weekly numbers are always INACCURATE!!!!! At this rate VYVANSE MAYBE A 3 BILLION DOLLAR PRODUCT THIS YEAR.

OBU rep here. I'm starting to think our numbers are being manipulated too. Last year we got numbers every week, no issues and numbers correlated with what docs were saying. This year numbers are delayed a lot and keep dropping......wtf.......

Why do you think they have been so quiet about Vyvanse hitting $2B??? We blew it out of the water for corporate but they didnt pay us accordingly, same story this year let's go to indexing not tell anyone what a script is worth screw up the data not tell anyone and then boom, no one hits goal after starting strong out of the gate. This is such a scam

I am so tired of outgrowing my market in both volume and share and getting killed in goal attainment. Enough is enough. People are getting paid big for costing the company money(negative volume/share) while a bunch of us are getting screwed. It's 2016 all over and I don't see any change for 2017.

2016? This shit has happened since 2014. Our RD and ZD brought it up to KK and PS back then and now neither one are here anymore. Insttead its the same ol' same ol' and KK is fucking up another division and PS gets promoted.
