She left because VT would not directly answer her questions about the crappy commission plan and was rude to her.

Good for her finally someone to stand up to VT and her hiding the real commission plan from new reps.....pretty sure she didn't need to work anyway. Will this company ever see the writing on the wall?

Its a shame VT and others in interview process misled new reps....shows integrity of company! I feel sorry for the new folks........ So many reps do not have respect for VT. She condemns a person one minute and then tries to joke and laugh with them the next minute....she has no managerial skills...treats reps more like children than her equal.. forgets reps are educated adults.... just because she knows everything about MDL doesn't allow her to treat people the way she does. She definitely acts, and treats others as though she is better than them and she is the reason many reps are unhappy at MDL and are searching for new jobs! Seems like she will say or do anything just to get ahead. Not my way of living!
