When Ron Wickline left the company his replacement should have been Gavin McGowan. Employee morale would be much better than it is now and we would have someone who came through the ranks and who is admired and respected by pretty much everybody in the sales force. If its not too late to make that happen, somebody ought to be working on it diligently. We trust and respect Gavin. He was the optimal choice to fill Ron's position. What do the rest of you think?
 






Nice idea, but it won't happen. Aren't the Pres HO'N and SC former colleagues? I'm sure he thinks she's doing a smashing job.

New regime, man. They don't give a rat's ass how GM was perceived by the legacy sales force.
 












I wouldn't be desperately looking for a job if Gavin was still here. I loved that guy. I can't believe he is gone. I just can't believe it. He was the best thing about this organization. He was always looking out for us. My customers LOVED him. I bet that Jay, Bill and Connie (when she was the RD) didn't have those relationships with their key customers. In fact, they probably don't even know them. Stacy you should have tried to make it work with Gavin. What a loss for this organization!!!!
