Do yourself a favor and before you place a Pfizer individual in a position to lead your business or people, look at just how much real depth of experience or people management skills they have. You'd be doing yourself a favor by actually asking direct reports just what leadership or business experience they have. Don't let Pfizer sell you on people that lack the necessary skills, but are presented forward just based upon personal favoritism. Your getting cheated already!

Pfizer interviewed Sam Caruso's direct direct reports and they were all positive.
Sam will climb the ladder at Pfizer. He left Amgen for a higher paying position and it looks like it was a good move. He's going places here at Pfizer

It's about getting ahead, not being good at it. Besides, the less qualified are more gracious and do what their told!

That is funny, I had a friend who interviewed with Sam a few months ago and he came off arrogant, uninformed, and sexist. She said she wouldnt work for him in a thousand years.
