Help to start as a sales rep in San Diego

I’m an imigrante who worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for 5y in Brazil. I just got married and we are working on the GC so soon I am going to have to the papers to work again. I am really excited to have my life back and the possibilities to restart my career here as a sales rep. What is the best company to start looking for jobs? Companies that hire entry level.
If anyone could help or guide me here in San Diego will be amazing!!!

Make sure you spend some time at Pecs and The Loft around Hillcrest. That’s where all the reps and manages hang out and network each other.
I moved here from San Jose de Campo where I was a biotech rep.
