Perhaps you should contact this AH person directly and ask your questions and direct your concerns firsthand. It shouldn’t be difficult to obtain his contact information if you have anything to do with Quest Diagnostics. If you have any issues that you are unable to resolve, please refer to your employee manual for instructions on how to report misconduct. And don’t forget to mention all your failed attempts to address these private company concerns here on CP, so they know you are serious. Hope this helps.
