New management, definately a plus! Workaholic--true, but worth the reward. Great company to work for. Understanding, competitive, and ditto-- owner is a genius.

The owner is trying to make himself famous and rich? Sorry to inform you, but he is most likely already rich and I'm not sure he chose the right path if he wants to be famous. Sounds like you were a prior rep who had a bad experience. Maybe if you went back to school to learn that peon is different from "pee on" or urinating on, then you would know that an owner of a company (any company for that matter) doesn't choose that path or position for fame. Good luck in your quest for a job.
you have to work really hard. but the owner is genius, the science is awesome...the pay sucks...dysfunctional family ....the best reps and managers are workaholic maniacs
Somebody want to tell me what's so good about the new management?????? I haven't figured it out yet, she's psycho, anal retentive and has no idea how to respect people or build loyalty. Don't even get me started on her "vision" or business skills, she's too busy dinging us for spending 5 cents a person too much on lunches to think out of the box and help us get new business. Owner is a genious, no doubt, but his recent actions leave his business decision making in question......................
