Holy shit. Who is this idiot. Newsflash, a shitty rent a rep contract job is 100x better than Kowa. You made a big mistake.
 






and I just joined kowa within the last year, and I came from another company with a fear based management system, and Kowa is a breath of fresh air. Just work and show up, and you will enjoy it.
 



Kowa is a black hole where good careers go to die. Good luck making any bonus when quotas continue to go sky high to make up for q after q of missing sales projections. Until major changes are made at the top good people will continue to suffer.

Agreed. This place is for laid off reps from top pharma companies who were fired or laid off within the past few years. Mostly wash outs collecting a paycheck until this economy turns around. Wha they don't realize is that they will never be hired back by the big name pharma companies cause this place is on their resume.

1) Go find a different job 2) you should always get a bonus based on your min scripts, and what company shouldn't pay on month over month growth. oh thats right..you deserve a big fat bonus each month, based on flat sales...wow, that is a brilliant business plan. 3) please let us know which company wants to hand you a big fat bonus with sales that never are growing, and we will all give you a letter of rec. so go there, get your job, they will change the ic plan...oh..and if you miss it by 1 trx, you get 0 dollars...vs. 3-5k they dangled in front of you like a carrot. Go suffer somewhere else.... some of us like to go to work, and watch our bonus' grow or double month over month.
It's not that hard.
