The above posting didn't even tip the iceberg of all the stock Heather has sold recently. Duncan did the same.

They are treating their reps so badly and laughing all the way to the bank.

Shame on these bastards. I sure hope Karma bites all ADC's leaders in the ass
 












Good for Heather. She's an intelligent lady who apparently is very successful as well. More power to her for her success!! We must celebrate success in this country, not penalize it and distribute her wealth.

Heather is smart enough also to sell at a time when the stock price is very high. Good job Heather.

All for celebrating success and not sharing the wealth but treat your reps with dignity and stop blaming them for leader's mistakes. The FSPP and FSI aren't working? Duncan and Glenn blame their reps. Reps are threatened to be put on a PIP if enough scripts aren't put through ACS. Check out the withdrawals it is absurd. HCP's are so fed up as reps are. How many can get 10 x 10? Come out and do it Glenn and Duncan. Let's see the regional directors take the heat from customers who tell us, they aren't meeting co-pays. It takes too long to process, ACS doesn't know what they are doing.

But everything is blamed on the reps.

What intelligence and smarts she has has been focused on playing the internal politics game and not leading her division to success. Put another way, she has managed upwards well enough to have gotten to where she is, and have the shares to cash in. Have to respect her for that. But she has not managed downward or in anyway been a leader, innovator, or inspiration to ADC. And the division is what it is because of that, rather than what it could have been if she had been a dynamic leader with a clear vision.

On the other hand, her charge may not have been to do any of that, but simply monitor the life support systems and report back to Miles on the divisions declining health. This patient may be on the "do not resuscitate" list. If so, she was never sent here to breath life back in to it.
 




Yes Good for Heather. I have been happy here and miserable, but will put up with whatever comes my way, 120k plus benefits and car, etc for this job is nice. Plus take advantage of the flexibility of the job build your own little empire it can be done. HM stock sales wont affect any of us except HM. Let her cash in I would. No signal of leaving, etc. Stock is Yours you earned it or bought it. It is prudent to sell now. Market is artificially inflated and We are headed for another Fall soon.
 




Well good for Heather BUT, she is allowing ADC to go downhill fast. Heather needs to see how the FSPP is an embarrassment to the company and has nothing to do with the reps not being able to sell. Please explain why Heather and Robert Ford are not on top of this.

Are you serious? She is as aware as she cares to be, same for Robert. They are managing their careers, not ADC. If Abbott's goal was to transform this division into something innovative, Heather and Robert would not be here .... neither would their direct reports. They are here to manage the decline and turn out the lights for the last time when this division is dumped.

What's with the "Heather is so smart" routine? Nearly the only time I heard her speak was at PClub where she babbled on like a drunken freshman sorority girl. ADC has never had impressive upper management.

Replace "impressive" with "competent" ... and remove "upper" ... it's just "management". ADC has been suffering from a total lack of competent management for the last decade.

Adaptations approved. Heather, Duncan, Marlene, Maureen, Ed, Glenn, Zach, Robert ... a long line of low-lifes who've made themselves millions while keeping a division from overperforming. It's a mind boggle for sure. Well, Ed wasn't a low-life, just incompetent. The rest, low-lifes for certain. Especially Duncan. What a flake!
