Just think of how much better the entire South Zone would perform under a leader that was actually respected. Instead, reps (and RD's) have to live with threats, fear, and being stabbed in the back as JT gives you that patented fake smile as if he has your best interest at heart.

Imagine going to work each day without so many negative subjects on your mind. It would allow you to be relaxed, build better relationships, and actually focus on the tasks at hand.
