Heard today the new hire SME in N.C. turned down the position.



















I know that there is a SME position in Asheville which is a total DOG territory. The territory is very small and what isn't already owned by LabCorp is not possible to get because the hospitals own the practices. A lot of territories have tons of business that is fair game but that's not the case there.
 


















That would be a good reason if you were an INTERNAL candidate. I thought it was an xternal candidate. If they knew all of that info, they probably wouldn't have bothered interviewing. Myabe it was salary or something else.
 






I heard the offer/package wasn't strong enough. I'm not sure who the candidate was, but obviously they aren't crazy if they know about the territory. The manager knows she would be setting the candidate up to fail.
