Heard they just canned the NC CSM!?













I heard the chick who was in that territory was off the charts micromanager and most of her team left because of her... any truth to the rumor? Sounds fairly typical here...
 






Last I heard she was on "medical leave" and the CSM from Greenville SC was filling in for her. I think there are CSR openings there also.

Charlotte seems to have constant openings. Not sure if it's expansion (as management would tell you) or turnover. I do know they have been through 2 CSMs since last November so you may want to think twice about pursuing that job. Are you going to volunteer to be the next head on the chopping block?

Why doesnt anyone ever push management for answers to turnover in interviews? Do you just go in, kiss their ass, and tell them how you are passionate about being a value to the patient, surgeon, and hospital?

What happened to due deligence?
