I accepted today, and my family is pumped, I have been out of this industry for 2+ years but I am ready to rock and roll again with this contract and the one week training and home study should be cake, i might not even have to resign from my part time gig either. Best of luck, this was the easiest gig I have ever landed, see you all in March!

I don't know where you are "rock and rolling" but its not for this company. One week home study? If you're gonna BS, know the details.

BS again. One week home study? 2 candidates for EACH interview? You're high.
Get off here and allow for accurate info. You may have a job somewhere but a lot of us
are waiting to hear on this position .

Great job! I too accepted, the one week training is correct. This is not big pharma, just the small 20 person sf and the 2 managers, training should be a piece of pie. There is multiple weeks of home study as well, then away training, so welcome aboard. Funny, I was the only candidate also, at least that is what they said, who knows if that is true, but i was there for 2 hours and then the manager hopped on his plane so I am guessing the posts about only interviewing a few and in some cases one is true.... that is what i saw, maybe different in other locations, but it was between me and some other guy and the guy was 3 hours late, so I am the default winner... oh so sweet! Needed this one in a big way.
 






I also got offer. Think I had competition but it still was an easy interview experience. Has anyone researched how docs see this product? One competitor has superior efficacy trial and other injectables don't have to be used as often? Thought I saw that it only has a year left on patent. Excited about offer but is it too good to be true?!

I won't call you ignorant,but will call you not well informed.If you look at the tax code,you will find that you can claim .56 a mile for business,so you multiply your total business miles for the year x .56,subtract what Publicis pays,and and claim that amount as a business expense.Did it last year,and it made a BIG difference in my tax return.Don't talk about something you know nothing about.

REALLY? I TALKED TO HR, YOU'RE $600 A MONTH CAR ALLOWANCE IS TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MILEAGE (.18) AND THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWANCE. DON'T BELIEVE ME CALL THEM YOURSELF.
THE QUESTION WAS ASKED DURING A CONFERENCE CALL WHETHER WE COULD TAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN .56 - .18 = .38 A MILE. WE WERE TOLD ABSOLUTELY NOT. AND IF THE GOVERNMENT CATCHES US WE WILL BE IN BIG TROUBLE. NOT INCLUDING COULD END IN IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL.

You are talking here about what to do when you drove more miles than they reimbursed you for. Under some circumstances, you can deduct those miles.

But, the guy is talking about what happens when they reimburse (miles and allowance) you for more miles than you actually drove. That difference, and I will say this slowly, is taxable.
