Heard a clean out is coming in the West

I do not work for Intuitive but recently heard from a recruiter there will be a lot of openings starting in January as Intuitive will be cleaning out the West region...from Reps to managers. Any truth to this? Why would they do that?
 






knowing the Intuitive, the clean out it probably gonna be nation wide.


If by clean out your recruiter means whacking 30-40 percent of the sales force because "their (the sales people being whacked) "belief systems have changed," this is typical for Intuitive and has been happening for years.

And it wouldn't surprise me if it happened over the next few months across the entire company, not just the West.
 






Not suprising at all. I was witness to a clean out of upper management back in early 07... when someone at ISI isn't apart of the "good ol boys" club and hires too many people, they will be wiped out for a handshake and replaced by the next cool aid drinker to hire robots (for lack of a better term of course!). ISI is making it a priority to wipe out anyone who will at any point question upper management and replacing them with drones willing to do anything for a promotion. Drones willing to sacrafice everything to drive the stock up and make sure that our execs have enough fabric to weave their vast golden parachutes. I don't believe that our execs now truly care what's happening to this company as long as they are able to exercise thier millions upon millions of stock options per week! (<- not a typo) all of which is public knowledge of course if anyone cares to check. Do you think they are worried at all if ISI ever imploded or how many families of CSR's, CSM's they destroy??? Of course not! A couple hundred million is a pretty nice band aid.
 






yes. It happened. Not unusual for Intuitive, not just in the West. The West has been a turbulent place for several years, mainly because nobody has the patients to allow it to get better or make all the changes necessary. The VP for the West was good, but he was working with a Dictator in southern california that forced nearly every one of us down here to put our resume's out, and an incompetent leader in northern california. Now that those two idiots are gone, things are a LOT better. We could have told you that a year ago
