Well back on the carousel....

JL cuts bait and runs, and our new fearless leader BM sends out some confusing email about stock price tumbling, internal talent and/or re-org but hoping to have something as far as leadership for Vet team in 2 weeks or maybe a month...but don't worry!

HEAR = perceive with the ear the sound made by (someone or something)
HERE = in, at, or to this place or position

Self promoter. Couldn’t sell water in the desert…. Stay strong my friends. Maybe the investor will right the ship but as long as shady Jeff is around I highly doubt it

Seems harsh, just my POV on BH, you may be misinterpreting self promoter and guy just trying to survive. What tools does he have to go "sell", discounts on long tailed portfolio in a margin constrained environment? Maybe get the innovation to market before assessing that capability, same goes for those in the field.

Investor noise, that just will be what it will be.

And there goes another one....
Add BH to the list of leadership "survivors" free m US Pet Health who had enough and threw in the towel over the past 24 months to move to leadership roles elsewhere in the industry.

SM - Sr VP of US PH Vet, pushed out so left
JL- VP of US PH Vet Sales left for Sr.VP role at MWI
JE - Regional Sales Dir East, left for Dir Sales at Norbrook.
LW-VP of Commercial Excellence left for VP/ Head of Sales Virbac.
JB-Exec Dir Retail, left for VP Commercial at MVP.
CL-Regional Sales Dir Central & East, left for Exec Dir of Ops role at Virbac
BH- Exec Dir Strategic Partnerships left for Head of US at Norbrook.
MF - Wait he is still here...at the moment, thank goodness.

-Were these people "perfect", nope.
-Will some of you on here read this and take opportunities to say how "bad" they were at something over there tenures here, likely someone will.

The reality is that whether you like each one, some or non of them, when you look back have we upgraded since or taken steps back.

The question should be around "why did they leave". Were they forced out, if no, then what is driving them out. Our ability to replace them has been a joke around industry and succession planning obviously isn't valued.

People leave, thats normal. However, not addressing why so many in such a short time from that level is a problem. Not being able to recruit adequate replacements is a problem (organizational perception, compensation, relocation, whatever).

Who is next to go that we will say "they weren't all that good anyway...", but then struggle to adequately replace if able to replace at all.
