Shit storm of a company to work for! If you're even considering this place, think again! Talented reps are leaving in droves for better pay, work life balance and quite frankly to not be treated like shit. Management sucks and is no help at all - more, more, more is all they want. No number of samples brought in each month is good enough. Prepare for constant degrading feedback from management. Only take a job here if you have no other option. Keep interviewing while you're here. You'll quickly find out for yourself.

Did C.R. the CEO leave?

Is this company just outright lying? I'm interviewing with them and they talk like they do everything they can to help everyone be successful, are willing to spend money to be successful, and encourage reps to make suggestions to help the company be successful/actually act on those suggestions.
What is the pay actually like? Are they able to follow through on their promises in operations?

A few reps are making insane money. Most everyone else is not. It’s not worth it. Several TOP reps have been fired so the company doesn’t have to pay out their commissions. These were GOOD reps that were making the company a lot of money. JB and Kyle are the biggest arrogant douches to work for. This place is a sinking ship.

Don't come here. KR said on the 2/1 call that the company made their number for the month. But wait, 20% of the reps made their plan. I'm no John Nash but that doesn't add up. And oh yeah, COGS went up nearly 50%. For those of you interviewing, you should know they charge reps a fee of $75 per sample to process/materials/shipping out of your commission. So if you like financing the costs and saving the company money, this is for you! LOL
