Heard that there is a lawsuit against Quest for leaking patient records. Sending patient info to wrong fax machines. There is no info about you that isnt being sent out all over the place. This has always been a problem here. Fax numbers in database are probably 60% incorrect.

Just another lawsuit that will have $ throw at it to make it go away

Oh, brother... epic overgeneralizations based on something you "heard," not to mention pulling a random statistic, the validity of which you can't even endorse ("probably 60%") , out of your rear end. No wonder your sales numbers are so pathetic.

The reason your sales or lack of are in the toilet is due to the fact that you don't pay attention to the news. This class action lawsuit is for real and has also been on the national news. I bet you don't know what is going on in your accounts as well.
