Hello, random question…however I’m in the process of interviewing and curious considering some upcoming insurance needs. Who is the health insurance provider that Gilead uses? I appreciate any serious feedback. Thank you.

I heard 40% increase in what we will have to pay in paychecks for Healthcare next year to cover Abortions & Sex Change of anyone living w you. DAN MADE THAT POOR AS DECISION TO PAY FOR IT.
SO ESSENSE EMPLOYEES ARE PAYING FOR IT W INCR PREM EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY NOT SUPPORT OR AGREE.

HINT you can Support something or a cause without FORCING your Employees to pay for it!
I don't see insurance paying for Vasectomies, Breat implants, or other elective surgeries one might choose with freedom of own Healthcare choices.
We make enough so have employees pay for their own Abortions & Sex Change operations

I really hope this isn't correct and someone misunderstood. This is getting out of hand.
 








IDK if it will be 40% but our Healthcare prem employees pay will absolutely go up in 2023 given the costs of coverage for Sex Changes & Abortion with out of state travel coverage.
Extremely expensive procedures. Typical Sex Change is 150-250k depending on the gender.
We will indirectly be paying for this insurance coverage.
 
















At Merck my family plan was 400 a month. Not paying for Sex Change or Abortions.

At Gilead it is 750 a month so I assume the almost double prem is to cover those 6 fugure elective procedures
So it better not go up more next yr

Yea, we Pay for the Fruitcakes of the world....There are plenty out there...plus all the FAT slobs who need a lot of medical care!
 
































If you do not like it do what I did… leave. Gilead is run like a liberal foundation not a company! Leadership is the worst industry. VPs are totally out of touch, ERDs are all just trying to survive and hold on to their over paid comp packages, managers all want to leave but can’t find many other companies to pay them their high salaries. Reps are miserable.

It's sad so many of us feel so overlooked and that our voice is not only unheard but shunned. There are so many great things about Gilead including celebrating diversity of people. Unfortunately I feel as a christian we're not included in their idea of "diversity". That's not at all to take away from minorities being appreciated and celebrated which I do! I'd just like to be included and not shamed for being a Christian with Christian beliefs. I'm not saying other beliefs are wrong and I am right because who am I to force my personal beliefs on someone else and I could ask the same of Dan O'Day. I just know what's on my heart and what I believe and I'm tired of being ashamed for it and looked down upon for it.

that’s the thing about modern liberals. They are intolerant of any opinions other than their own and aggressively set in their own ways it’s impossible to be inclusive. Inclusion and diversity is a good thing but shoved down peoples throats without actual need makes zero sense.
