I have a DM and her rep milking a 340b account at 1 penny a pill cost. Then enjoying giving selling advice to the rest of the team and region. RSD knows and ignores.
Is there a safe way to contact the company and not face retaliation? Burner phone? Definitely unethical and probably illegal.

It’s going on everywhere. If you look at the top hospital reps in the country every single one has 340b working to their advantage. Our boss brags about it.

I had a KAM in Chicago who was promoted to Vascular DM and now is a DM in Illinois first name Mike last name rhymes with bigot (hint hint) who used to tell us as reps to talk about the 340b pricing and spin it by also mentioning “disproportionate pricing” as a special agreement with the account to gain more business which I knew was unethical…should have called the hotline but didn’t. Look folks, you too can become a DM buy being naughty and getting away with it…haha
