HCC Question

I have been thinking about going to HCC to report some serious violations by a manager but have been told that will make me a future target for firing. But I'm worried that if the company catches him and finds out I know that I can be fired too. Any advice?
 
























The rats aren't deserting the ship, they are sinking it. HCC fires everyone involved so don't expect to get justice there. They are told to make everyone go away as quickly as possible. It no longer matters if you are guilty or not. If you go in front of them you are guilty. Two onc reps and counting.
 






Any future violations could cost >$100m in a continual CIA world for JnJ . If you don't think they would run you over to prevent that you are stupid. Anybody going to HR for issues these days must want unemployment. Of course you won't have to worry about retaliation since JBI considers a knife in the back to be normal procedure. The sad facts are you work for a nasty classless group of idiots and your manager sounds like the leader of the pact. Not knowing your division, only about 60 managers come to mind that are worthless walking violations. But if you want a used car sales manager... these are your boys.

A longtime very successful rep on the immunology side was driven out of the company for going to HCC. The rep was put on a PIP even though they were on their way to another President's Club. If you go to HCC or HR just be prepared to be a target. Your career here will be over.

They got rid of a guy that I and a lot of others really liked and respected, who was always there for anybody who was struggling or new. No matter how much he won he was humble. If you ever had the chance to get to know AM you would have really liked him. When my father was sick he used to call me a lot out of the blue to ask me how my father and my family were doing. I know he also did something like this for another person on my team, and I know for a fact he used to send cards to people. My father got one in the hospital from him and asked me how I knew this person and I told him he was a real great guy I worked with. He was one of the good ones and now he's gone and that is not good for this company. I feel real bad because I know he has a sick parent and a special needs child and now they must be hurting. Way to go, JBI.

Who was the rep they ran out and from where? If this is true you should be able to post here. I know of an old multiple pclubber who went to HR in the past and they just butchered her territory and are running her ass ragged while they continue to ask all of her teammates to give up sh*t about her. Poor old f*cker is dead and doesn't know it yet. If you are white and old at JBI you are f*cked for certain. Old is bad, white is bad, but old and white is f*cked. It was probably a bad idea to go to HR but this is no longer about aptitude, talent or integrity. JnJ is entering another CIA because they operate in an unethical manor as a matter of daily course. It is now about the people that play the games and play them well. As the sales continue to fall you won't have to look far to know why. And no I wasn't talking about J.O. From Oklahoma. That was just the tip of it.

My sources say she was forced out all the way and the way she left proves it. She hated her manager and her territory was getting messed with. Her Docs loved her and she always produced the numbers. Enough about her. The point was they are forcing the group that built this out and are doing their best to F**k up the numbers on everyone that falls into that growing old group. Don't matter if you rock it...you are gone.
There is one cure...called a class action...keep checking in to this site for the latest...many of you will be needing this in 2014...many.

The way do is heartless. I hear the guy mentioned in #9 has a terminal illness. The data says things like this can be brought on by stress.
 


















Old people need to die at one point to make room for others. My RBD told me this and he is right. How else are new people supposed to have families. The guy probably didn't hit the gym enough and ate terribly. Our generation will do much better.

You children bring disgrace upon our company, our industry and our country. You are an embarrassment to all who are unfortunate enough to be subjected to your foul behavior. Current management thinks your antics are cute and adorable. Management changes and you will be out on your ear as it should be. You are disgusting in every way. Now go piss off you infants.
