Yes, every Friday and Monday bring a rash of new resignations. Know of a few yesterday, and one friend resigning this coming Monday. Why should anyone be surprised? Who wants to sell unwanted drugs with no coverage in a company run by idiots?

Well said. The management team is the worst I have ever seen. Anyone not looking should be.
 


















Worst company to ever work for. XXR is a glorified generic and stocking always an issue. Chase your tail mentality. They sold their rights to their best drug Pennsaid. Hired a contract company to launch then laid off 90% of them because of unrealistic goals and targeting. Small Titanic waiting to sink....trust me I know.
 






Funny to see the lone defender earlier in the thread. They are paying a $5000 referral bonus...really......$1500 wasn't enough to get you employees to help source talent? MNK is a bottom feeder now. It was a great place to work for several years. That all changed once Stacy was rolled onto the main stage. Im glad i was able to leave on my own....so many good reps were forced out over 1 crappy product.
 






Can't blame it all on Stacy, i'm sure that the vision created by Mark Trudeau as well as the people he hired to lead or at least occupy positions may have had a little something to do with it as well.

By the way it does seem a tad too quiet so something must really be up.

Are you kidding? When 75 percent of my newsfeed is from Mallinckrodt recruiters trying to hire people, it makes you guys look like a bunch of losers. It's also really annoying that it's clogging up my newsfeed.

If your recruiters knew how they were making MNK look bad, they would stop spamming everyone on LinkedIn.

There is no reps working NY area, no reps left. except for some new hire in long island, good luck to him! Manager is unprofessional lunatic and impossible to work for. That is why there are empty territories that wont be filled any time soon.
