When is the last time Conmed es made plan? SM is 90% of plan this year and he missed bad last year. Why are quotas so high that not even the great SM can hit them. Only 4 people qualify for trip, what a joke!

REWARD??? and have to be there with SM to get it??? Give me the cash or a separate trip on my own. The only trip he should be allowed to participate in would be out of town wrapped in duct tape in the trunk of a car.

I guess the lack of responses tells you the last time ES made plan!!! A long...long time ago.....SM hasn't made plan since 2006 ( that's like 6 years..... Or your freshman high school year for the current ES reps). It is amazing how someone can have a job in sales without actually making quota for going on 6 years? ES hasn't mad plan since 2005 or so. However you need to remember that making plan is not really the goal at CONMED in general. The goal at CONMED is to spend winters in Naples and summers in upstate NY. Life is happy for JC just letting the ship drift along while incompetent fools run his fathers legacy aground. Sad but true
 






And JC's lack of hmmmm everything is a surprise to who....JC has been gravy training papa since he was 16. Big surprise when you let a child who has no clue about surgeons or the industry run a company.....look at linvatec....complete joke.
