My god. You sad fucks are just waiting around like sheep to get slaughtered. Its pathetic reading your whining about how the leadership has failed you. The truth is you failed you. You knew where this is heading but waited around like dumbfucks. I hope all of you get sacked.

Nope not bitter at all. I'm a realist. Each and everyone of you should have been looking a year ago. That fact that you are still here is sad.
 










































What do you care if someone is complacent?? Are you paying their salary?? If you are so happy with your new biotech company, why are you browsing and posting on this board? Go to your own message board and spew your negativity.
 






Yeah yeah, yeah, go on, mewl and cry and moan amongst yourselves. Pick on each other. Call each other names. In a few, a very few short weeks, what difference? You made a mistake. You bought a ticket on a ship run by fools, crooks and scam artists. They won. You lost. Take your hit and move on. This period of your life is over. The company will go on, aerosurf is 4 or 5 years away, the company will plod along leaving a trail of broken promises, missed opportunities, and text book management disasters in it's wake. Don't be part of it. Learn your lesson and do better next time. Be more careful. Less trusting. It is not the end of the world. You can't even see the edge from here. If this is the last time you are cut loose in life you will have been incredibly lucky.
Now stop crying and get going. Get out there are kick some ass! It might take a few weeks or a few months, but so what!
