Used to work in Oncology for a great biotech comapny. Excellent pay, tons of benefits, encourage you to develop yourself....came here and got a shock! so primary care BUT, there are features and benefits that you won't find there so...be happy that you have a job.

If you come from big pharma it could be a relief.....or, a culture shock.
If you come from a no-name little nothing company this is the big time!

Anyway you toss it....beats being unemployed!

BI is a private, german compnay. I knew that coming in, but was surprised with how...cost cutting they are.
Do my job and go home happy that I have a job.
