Heard a peep from our managed care people in the past 6 months? Hello?!?! Do we even have any here? Everyone talks about how bad they suck, but ours up here is MIA. What a big fat pig of a joke!!
No we dont have a managed care team. Or if we do they do nothing all day. Let's see now. Hike up the goals, bust your hump and then what do you know?? Everything gets rejected. Then when its time for bonus, there is none. Typical Takeda fashion.
Yes, but you know who always makes a ton of money in bonus? Managed Markets!! They are barely linked to sales results. It's all subjective account criteria. I can't believe they are not completely linked to sales results. That would get them to do things to help move sales. Until that happens, they'll continue to be the unapproachable pompous little coddled brats they are.

Baloney stop blaming managed markets.
I've never met one person from
managed care team in several years with this company. But I know they suck at their job!
Oh man. You hit the nail right on the head my friend. I came her 3 years ago from another big pharma co and was amazed at how little the managed markets team cares about field sales and how we are tracking with our goals. It struck me as odd. At my old company they would be all over how we were doing and what they could do to help because their bonus was 85% on the sales numbers of the people they impacted. When I found out that the majority of their bonus is for subjective goals it finally made sense to me. What a joke. It also made me understand all the bs made up access that spews out of their mouths. Does anyone in this organization hold them accountable? Maybe upper management just doesn't understand managed care and doesn't know how to hold them accountable. I'm telling you that a good start would be to link them completely to sales numbers in their territories and you'd start to see collaboration and caring that right now is non-existent from them.
The only things takeda legacy dm's engage in are lying and dirty tricks.
You're not gonna get the RAM job ever so give up on the bad mouthing
