Heard a peep from our managed care people in the past 6 months? Hello?!?! Do we even have any here? Everyone talks about how bad they suck, but ours up here is MIA. What a big fat pig of a joke!!

No we dont have a managed care team. Or if we do they do nothing all day. Let's see now. Hike up the goals, bust your hump and then what do you know?? Everything gets rejected. Then when its time for bonus, there is none. Typical Takeda fashion.

i think our managed care team does as much as our regional director team, marketing team,HR team, etc. What do al these freaking people do all day? Try asking one of these departments a question. Cut the fat and invest into some $$ into decent managed care coverage? Not brain surgery, DC.

Totally agree. In fact, all other functions are worthless. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one at this company that actually does anything. And I KNOW I'm the only one that deserves a paycheck.

Yes, but you know who always makes a ton of money in bonus? Managed Markets!! They are barely linked to sales results. It's all subjective account criteria. I can't believe they are not completely linked to sales results. That would get them to do things to help move sales. Until that happens, they'll continue to be the unapproachable pompous little coddled brats they are.

I LOVE that word!!! Subjective! Say that one more time...SUBJECTIVE! That's why I have been here 9 plus years and still not a senior rep! Thanks to my wanna be elitist DM!! Now why didn't I report that bitch a loooooooong time ago??? Oh right, yes so I have been told it's all subjective! Okay got it!! Thank you!!

Oh man. You hit the nail right on the head my friend. I came her 3 years ago from another big pharma co and was amazed at how little the managed markets team cares about field sales and how we are tracking with our goals. It struck me as odd. At my old company they would be all over how we were doing and what they could do to help because their bonus was 85% on the sales numbers of the people they impacted. When I found out that the majority of their bonus is for subjective goals it finally made sense to me. What a joke. It also made me understand all the bs made up access that spews out of their mouths. Does anyone in this organization hold them accountable? Maybe upper management just doesn't understand managed care and doesn't know how to hold them accountable. I'm telling you that a good start would be to link them completely to sales numbers in their territories and you'd start to see collaboration and caring that right now is non-existent from them.

Baloney stop blaming managed markets.

There would be no need for blame of finger pointing if their bones was based on the percent to goal of all the people in the geography each of them are responsible for. They would have skin in the game and I guarantee you they would final do things that would help us get sales. Until that happens, they will be the same non-approachable pompous division they have been here for the last 4 years.

You are so right. Add Marketing, HR and every other function to the list as well. And most of Sales for that matter. I haven't spoken to any of them either, but they definitely all suck. How do I know - because I consistently fall short of my goals. So something has to be wrong with everyone else because I know it's not me.

I've never met one person from
managed care team in several years with this company. But I know they suck at their job!

Actually when we merged the TAP managed care people seemed to be very engaged and returned my calls right away and were willing to educate and update us. Funny how they fired almost all of them and left us with the pompous Takeda originals we hated before the merger. How'd that happen?

The only things takeda legacy dm's engage in are lying and dirty tricks.
You're not gonna get the RAM job ever so give up on the bad mouthing
and take a long look in the mirror creep.

West Coast RM's please do your job and get your managers off cafepharma
