Unfortunately, Marjorie Waggoner tried and was unsucceful. Sounded like she had a good case. Pfizer has too much money and law talent for an individual to overcome. That is why so many take the severance and to away quietly. Who can afford to fight them when they have the ability to draw the case out, the individual exhausts their resources and Pfizer still has money to burn. Pfizer knows this an it why they offer the severance they do, although it is less than it used to be. Pfizer will never be the company it used to be.

That RM that they forced out after he went over to Russia to adopt a baby, he nailed their asses and I think its still in an appeals court. They tried using the excuse that he took Zithromax samples over there to help force him out but it was never proven. They fired him because he did a humanitarian deed. Just like they knock you down a rung or two whenever you do elective surgery or take paternity leave.

I know him quite well, and trust me he's just fine with how things turned out.
It was never substantiated that he took drugs out of the country. (shhhhh). He made enemies within the company, specifically some eastern RM's who were very close to Mick.

He was a good guy who didn't fit in with the morally bankrupt culture of sleeping around and nepotism. So they fired him after he did a humanitarian deed and took a leave of absence to do it.
