Has anyone interviewed for the hospital postion yet?

I had a HR interview and it went well, Web-cam with the DM and will be doing a three hour face to face tomorrow. They told me to expect up to six managers. Not sure of the process after that. I'm hoping for a 10% bump to overcome potential bonus loss with current company. Of course I need an offer first.
 






Yes I interviewed 3 months ago with 2 DM's and A regional. Was tols I would be a great fit and to look for someone to contact me with paperwork. I have not heard anything since. Even the managers I talked to would not give me their email address so I could thank them. Recruiter has not returned any calls. So, Who knows.
 






I applied after the June 1 mass posting of opening but have not heard a word from a recruiter (though my credentials certainly fit the job description). Has anyone who applied after June 1 heard anything?
 






Yes..I had a phone interview with a recruiter mid May. I was told my many years selling in Critical care selling injectables, Infused medicines and PO med in the hospital marketplace made me a perfect fit. He told me that he was pushing me forward. That I exceeded all the criteria. He told me that I would not hear from the next recruiter for 2 weeks and to contact him if I haven't heard from him. I followed up via e-mail with a thank you and waited. I e-mailed 2 weeks later with original recruiter. I haven't had any communications since. I have been a true hospital rep with many awards for 8 years. I always told myself I would stay away from big pharma since my days in it! I was reminded by otsuka recruiters that we are just cattle!

Very unprofessional! I guess I will move forward with my other 2 companies, I am currently interviewing. I have been courted...and given the respect earned by my experience.

How hard is it to respond to an e-mail. Sorry or we are still gathering candidates to interview against you. Good luck...
 






Cry me a river, I to have been in this game for many years but I am smart enough to know that we all are just the worker bee. You think bc u did well they are going to treat you like you really mean something to them.....c'mon man, wake up
 






Had a second phone interview with a recruiter today. He seemed unaware that I had a phone interview ten days ago with a different person at FutureStep. The interview was very disorganized and his phone was buzzing loudly the whole time. Very unprofessional.

These stories cont. to roll in on this OTZ nightmare and process, they have systematically snuffed out all talent and possible A+ hires with the eager beaver young DM's.....this sank the company. I pulled off the moment I found out who my direct mang. was. Best dec. of my career. Do you hw on these cast offs...save yourself the agony and disappointment, because no doubt its a coming.

6 managers, that is funny. 6 managers at Otsuka, even more funny.... running a toll booth.
