Recently I heard that bold moves might not be entirely rolled out until next year, has anyone heard anything?

I can tell you for sure if the company is really reluctant to do anything in 2021, it looks like any big decisions will be deferred for at least nine months. I wouldn’t be too concerned about anything right now because the company is so slow to move that there’s nothing but time ahead of us.

Why are they reluctant? The Bold Moves plan has been on the table since 2019. It’s not as if this is new. I call BS

Maybe more than any other of these processes I’ve been through, the amount of rumor and speculation is all over the map. I’ve heard the exact opposite of this post, that this will come sooner rather than later and before the typical end of year restructuring. I’ve had people tell me it’s all of IM in one bucket, others that still think it will be by product/team mix. Finally, anywhere from a modest 5% RIF to 50%. All I’d say is we will simply not know until it happens and you can fault anyone who leaves for another opportunity at this time.
