Lol!! That will be the least of it. What about the warnings he had from all the people who were responsible for coming up with 2011 revenue projections? They came up with fair numbers. They were paid not to talk but subpoenas override that and they don't have to pay back the hush money in that circumstance.

What about the warnings from Brad Loncar in February 2011. Dick (Joe Paterno) Brewer dismissed them until Brad went public. When Brad went public they still ignored his warnings about revenue projections. Maybe Brewer made amends before his untimely death and described what a greed-driven monster we are dealing with.

You could write a tome longer than the Obama-Care law on the warnings this guy ignored.
