Hans Does Not Understand Reimbursement

Mitch said on the call that we were not really aware of how far and wide the reimbursement anxiety extended among physician until very recently. What that essentially means is that Hans didn't really understand our customers at all even after a full year into our product launch. Check my previous posts from last year when I stated here that Hans does not know our customers.

And why is that? Why didn't we know about the "anxiety" before the launch? Wasn't Hans supposed to bring us those years of experience? How could he miss something so obvious? 80% of our company was wiped out because Hans didn't know the difference between his ass and his elbow.
