Ya, spent twenty-eight years with Sandoz/Novartis. Sandoz and Ciba cultures were great on their own. The combination did not fare well as new blood from the outside was brought in to displace the remnants of the older ff/mgt. Wayne Yetter from Merck, Alex Gorski, Pfizer, Paulo Costa, J&J. All of those guys plus DV eating his own LSD screwed two good companies, plus the hybrid. God Bless all those who may loose jobs soon.
