Hand Ortho Position WI?

The manager hires them, and if they don’t fit a certain mold and expectation, he churns them up and spits them out. The territory is a gold mine for anyone who can last, and can work even modestly hard. $100-125k salary with $55k in annual bonus. The bonus is uncapped so you can do significantly better than that if you hustle. This past year it was a bit of a crap shoot regarding forecasting but all and all the company did right by us. It’s a good job but just go into it with your eyes wide open and make sure you can mesh with the manager.

The manager is a nightmare. The last two reps were fired when they were #1 in the company but didn’t even manage to make it a year. He is focused entirely on activity so don’t think that good sales will save you. Expect a lot of abuse and a very short tenure if you take this job.

How is the manager still a manager if he can't get along with his team even if a top performing territory? Also, who gets released within 1 year during a pandemic with top performance? Does the manager get evaluated?

I am afraid to ask but is this position still open? I am reluctant to apply but am interested. Maybe I should apply for the manager position :)

It’s probably not the manager. Just don’t suck and actually do your job. Maybe they’ll keep you for more than a few months

? I don’t know the manager but it is true the amount of people that have been fired that sales wise were doing well. The territory is almost 100% no access. So maybe the manager thinks getting paid$$$ for nothing is wrong?
