Im wondering if I should feel bad that by bonus for HAE was higher than most of immunologies base salaries? Nah. They can have my job when I leave in about a month. Poorly run.
 


















other divisions have no clue. HAE bonuses average $50k PER QUARTER/ a decent quarter is $100k. This is only because they are capped at $100k per qtr. No other division has this type of commission structure, no other disease state either. Everyone else is totally getting shafted.

The next time you see an HAE rep, ask them what their biggest commission quarter was -then watch them squirm. It’s fucking massive!

Yup. And we scrape by with 8k per quarter
 












Hell of a ride though. Unfortunately none of you other losers will ever get a ticket on that train. I AM PRAYING I get a severance package. That and my 2017 and 2018 bonus will be over 500k.

You have no idea how infuriating and demotivating this is to the rest of immunology. Your attitude sucks but really this is just another example of Paul not having a clue.

Ya, it’s true. Been the case since inception of HAE. Cinryze and Firazyr (now Takzyro) rep’s make $30-$100k (capped only because reps have made into the $130’s) per quarter for years- threatened to never speak of it or lose it. Other top notch divisions get up to $80k/q but only the top few reps, they know who they are. HAE is definitely paid the highest because they make the company a shit ton of money in a competitive field.

Because it’s run like primary care. That was tolerable for that kind of money. Takeda won’t come close to meeting those type of bonuses. Watch how many RBDs and TBMs leave the company or at least the HAE side.

This is true. Leadership told us not to discuss the amount of bonus we were making b/c it would really piss off the rest of immunology and the other divisions.
 






What a shitty thing to do Paul.You have a teams and a company that can’t do their jobs because YOU mismanaged supply.Patients already on Cuvitru,Gammagard and HyQvia can’t get the therapy they need.But you elevate the HAE team to superhero status?Give me a break.Try to do our job for a week and see who is deserving.Address this on your next town hall.We dare you.I’ll bet people ask you questions after that.
 






HAE will leave without that money. They were spoiled. The rest of immunology has been leaving at a steady state. RBDs going to different divisions, multi award winning reps quitting for other companies. Something big is going to happen with the HAE/PI side and people can feel it.
