BH was played for the chump that he is. Look at the $146mm price tag Enzo squeezed from him. Great negotiations you clowns. Rumor is half the business disappeared after the cyberattack and never returning. Enzo's Quarterly results were a disaster!
You do not understand. LC & BH are trying to take other labs out to control the market. BRL is sinking, the Russian & Jewish owned NY labs will not last long in the Enzo accounts. This is all about rolling up labs, gaining more insurance dominance and then letting the smaller labs die. This is L & Q plans. All other labs will not be around long and L & Q will be the only game around in a few years.
You would think he learned his lesson after the Bendiner and Accurate Labs debacle. Makes no sense to overpay when Enzo was most likely headed for bankruptcy.
