- Doctors will be worry about giving the drug in their offices, unless they have crash carts and cardiologists standing by (how many neurologists know how to do effective CPR ?....jajaja...none)
- This is going to be a bitch of a drug to sell
- Bonuses for 2011 are being cut, in case of a significant loss in revenue
- Forget 2012 bonus.....that's for sure
