As long as your numbers are good you can get away with a lot. My manager tells us that all the time and he is about as tied into the top as you can get. You have to do it smart. What she said was dumb. They're not stupid and now they know she bought bulk. Maybe she is smart enough to go around now and get her friends at here offices to sign the meal record, which is what most reps do these days anyway.
 












What they made clear is that you get a pass on the first offense, just a warning. You get one pass at forging recored of meals, using your card to buy gifts for other employees or family, buying bulk items for doctors parties, and things like that. Because they could just be honest mistakes. That's good for all of us.
 






No. What it means is if you are on the naughty list you get canned. You get a warning if you are on the lovely people list. That is the JnJ truth. Nothing but a game to the players.

NOBODY gets canned. You can be lazy and not work or sell on the spread every day. You can sleep your way through the company and then with your manager and even break up their marriage while the company knows it and not get canned, even though they won't ever respect you. You can run businesses on the side and fake your calls and you won't get canned.

I just wish I could have one real sit down with Marti. She would know that all your brown nosing at P club or at meetings is empty. She would know that for years you couldn't put the numbers up. That you are a phony. That you just slide here while your spouse runs the show. How could anybody respect you?
