Guarantee's are for those who are new to an area to setup business and get started. If you have had one a year, you are lucky. Now forget about the guarantee and go sell something or go chase another guarantee with another company that is a sucker enough to give you one. They are complete BS and abused in this industry. They are indicated to get started but sales reps cant come off the mommas tit. Rediculous....

if you got an EA, congrats. i hope that makes you sleep easier. EA's basically ruined a large chunk of the industry. Not sure why they give them out anymore. Those reps who want or need them have no place to go in the long run.
