GTFO…if you can!

Real talk here: get out if you can. If you’ve been here over 3 to 5 years or in the industry for awhile you’d recognize this is a sinking ship. It’s not by default Richard came in and inflated the sales force. He’s betting big but the house always wins. So many good people here suffering death by a thousand cuts. Wrong people in decision making positions and even worse, unqualified to lead. Morale is awful and realignment rollout is embarrassing for leadership who get paid to do this.

Working at Teva is like filming a new episode of the office very day. Wait for the grand strategy announcement where we'll be going all in on a specialty portfolio that is the weakest in pharma.

Morale is bad at every pharma company. Management is terrible too. What keeps a good company going is their R&D department. Uzedy is a me-too and they know it. Expectations is be in the stratosphere, but don’t let it get you down. Just do what you can do and that’s it. Remember, we are a generic company first and last. That is what pays the bills.

Sorry to hear that it is such a cluster in the home office and that life is so miserable for you all. We are all good out here in the field and simply pick and choose what direction we need to move product. We are sales people and don't need home office direction to make common sense decisions on targeting, reach and frequency, resource utilization and all the other box checking metrics you strategically develop. Realize that you folks are simply overhead and you made that choice to work in an office everyday and sit in your little cubicles. If your that miserable why are you still there?

Not home office, field rep. And you don’t get to pick and choose anything. Every division is being given marching orders. Your manager like mine is running scared. You’re either out of touch, new to Teva or your manager is new to Teva. You will be evaluated on your call plan and metrics.

And why every time does somebody post about culture do cocks like you say leave? How many companies have you been at in the last 10-12 years? If other than Teva I’d suggest staying in your lane. It’s possible to be unhappy about culture and direction and not leave. You must have failed logic classes in college. Or you have an associates degree and never took challenging courses.

Life is great at Teva.. ask yourself “what are we”

Working at Teva is the ultimate , can’t beat it

Definitely! Especially being the absolute lowest paid Reps in the Industry. Here's a little secret..don't believe the slide that shows Teva is competitive with other companies. I left recently and got $30k more to start. Get your head out of the sand and look around.
