Hi, would like to know from anyone the experience of GSK FLP’s career progression, salary grade progression, salary growth.

glassdoor says 10k SGD for business operations manager. Is that possible for a 4th year FLP grad? Seems insane.

4th year at GSK and drawing a salary of SGD$10,000/month? Bear in mind the Asian context?

I’ve seen “Regional Directors of Commercials” titles for those who graduated from FLP (Now in their 10th yr going 11th). Whats the typical salary growth / salary expectations?
This seems like such a good career option. A 22 year old graduate could become a Regional Director at 32yrs old? Drawing astronomically high salary?
 






Yes, not a stretch at all in Singapore or domestic. It’s a pretty good career but the company is one of the most unstable in the industry. Truth be told, if you have quant background you can make much more in tech.
