via GlaxoSmithKline chief Emma Walmsley — Big Pharma’s first female CEO — saw a significant pay raise last year amid “strong sales and performance,” in part due to the company’s Covid antibody sales. But even so, her pay package still falls far behind those of other pharma chiefs, including fellow UK-based exec Pascal Soriot.
