It's obvious the gov't cares....the fact of the matter is, they don't make a splash unless they are sure they can make their case.

Let's skip ahead to the end of the story - to make this all go away Teva will pay a huge fine after which Teva stock will take a hit b/c Wall St will realize that Teva paid too much with too little ROI to acquire Cephalon.
